Colliers is a renowned real estate consulting company (property management, investments, etc.), whose experts operate in an intense and challenging business environment.
The project
The team in charge of employer branding in the company wanted to surprise their colleagues with a special gift, with obvious symbolism. Our agency responded promptly to the request received.
The moment was chosen with the intention of highlighting an important international event, the celebration of the theme chosen for 2024 for World Mental Health Day, marked annually on October 10:

Achieving the goal
The stated goal of this project was to raise awareness of the importance of mental health in the workplace, at all levels of the organizational structure. We were delighted to contribute from conception to delivery with our proposals with an emotional but also practical impact to the ideas of the Colliers team.
The package offered to colleagues was full of sensitivity, a magical box for moments of “ME time“, with relaxation and self-confidence:
- handmade ceramic mug
- scented candle in glass holder
- tea with various flavors
- adjustable cord bracelet with engraved silver plate – the element around which the entire project was conceived
All the little gifts in the box had personalized stickers dedicated to the event.
The impact of the project
We all know the famous expression ”The company is a big family.” This project guided its recipients in the opposite direction, viewing the company as a gathering of distinct personalities appreciated and rewarded for their contributions.
This little gift brought the Colliers team, right at their workplace, to a moment of self-reflection, consideration for their own needs and desires. And, above all, awareness of the importance of prioritizing mental health in the workplace.
Taking from the client’s feedback, the box with the gift selection was received with pleasant surprise, with an enthusiastic unboxing moment!
