You and Lexonn,
from brief to delivery

Step 1 — The Brief

Here’s how we work, step by step:

It all starts with a brief. It doesn’t have to be complete, it has to exist.

If information is missing (and most of the time the budget is missing), we don’t send a questionnaire with 20 questions. We identify what’s missing, we propose the options and we move forward together.

A good brief covers nine elements: the context of the project, the objective of the campaign, the role of the product, the target audience, the quantity and delivery time, the message to be communicated, the budget, the distribution logistics and additional details. If you know just three — the objective, the budget and the quantity — that’s enough to get started.

Step 2 — Offer within 24-48 hours

The offer you receive is not a price list, it is a complete document that includes a detailed description of each proposed product, stock updated in real time, recommended customization techniques with all available color variants and, where it makes sense, a visual simulation with your brand included directly in the offer.

You know exactly what you are ordering before you approve anything. No surprises on delivery.

Step 3 — Approval and sample

How we work: no order goes into production without your written approval. We always recommend carefully checking the simulation or requesting a personalized sample before placing the order.

If you don’t have time for a sample or your budget doesn’t allow it, we make sure that both we and the suppliers assume the approved result in the graphic document.

Want to see how your logo looks on the product before production? This is how we work with each client.

Step 4 — Production and quality control

We work with verified suppliers, with whom we have long-term relationships precisely because we know what we are receiving. We guarantee the correct reproduction of Pantone colors.

Upon receipt of the batch, we check the quality before the products reach you.

Depending on the quantity, full or random checks are made. We understand that after the products arrive at your place, it may take a while for a full check to be made, so we offer you 5 days for any mentions or complaints.

Step 5 — Delivery

We have our own 380 sq m warehouse in Bucharest, Cotroceni area. This means we can manage stocks, personalized packaging and complex deliveries in installments, to multiple addresses, nationally or European-wide.

If unforeseen delays occur in production or logistics, we don’t wait for you to ask. We come up with solutions and options before the deadline becomes a problem.
